🚔 Operation Considerate – Shaftsbury Avenue, Timperley 🚔

Yesterday officers were involved in an operation on Shaftsbury Avenue, Timperley, targeting road safety offences and helping to keep our roads safe for everyone.

During the operation, a total of 73 vehicles were stopped and checked, resulting in:

📱 13 offences for mobile phone use whilst driving
🔒19 seatbelt offences
🚗9 vehicles found with illegal window tints
🔢7 vehicle registration mark (VRM) offences
🚔1 vehicle seized under Section 165 of the Road Traffic Act
📋3 DVSA PG9 Prohibition Notices issued for vehicle defects
